With two business partners, I co-founded a startup that collaboratively out-sources innovation in the aircraft industry. The company focuses on aircraft interiors, climate control, noise attenuation and manufacturing processes. For a Boeing project, we developed a rapid innovation process based in systemic optimization, biomimicry, chaos theory and genetic algorithms. My role includes managing the innovation process, business development, project management and marketing. |
